InspectCO Inspectors & Staff

Denver Colorado home inspections as well as Fort Collins home inspections are currently processed by the owner of InspectCO, Ben Teague. Ben will be the primary Denver Colorado Home Inspector however InspectCO is adding inspectors to the Denver Inspection Territory. All home inspections in Grand County Colorado are processed by Tim Koepke. Colorado Springs home inspections are processed by Steve Conner.


Ben has been in the construction business for almost 20 years and has built homes from Texas to Colorado. Ben was a hands-on framing and trim carpenter before becoming a general contractor 15 years ago and offers an inspection service based on real construction and contracting knowledge. Tim attended the University of Colorado and graduated with a degree in applied mathematics and Mechanical Engineering. Tim has been a structural design consultant for 16 years and a Mechanical Engineer for 12 years. Tim has also built several homes in Grand County Colorado as a general contractor.
